Yes, we are real estate agents. And yes, we get paid by sellers when we sell real estate. But whether we are paid or not, whether you are a seller or a buyer or just someone who wants some help, we see ourselves as agents second and helpers first.

This Real Estate is a company owned by Colin Blott, Mary-Ann Costigan and her mother Jan Costigan.
Today they have developed a team of sales people who are dedicated to client care and satisfaction. This team of experienced, highly trained people also live within the community of it's service area.
The team is led by Colin Blott with Sales Agents Michael Melville, Sacha Bayat and part time Home Finder Sheena Beavis who are supported by Gary Davis. All the sales people are fully trained through the Pittard Training Group and are fully qualified in the art of negotiating. Our sales people are able to explain the procedure of selling and buying in careful detail, resulting in clients having more knowledge to make decisions that will benefit them and achieve the outcome that they will be delighted with. The team is also supported by Kathy Garland on a part time basis.
The Property Management team is very productive and diligent in the way they also look after their clients. The team is led by Anthony Cachia and assisted by Jessica Ryan and Naz Sharifai. Assisting the Property Management team on a part time basis is Leanne McFarlane.
These two teams are supported by reception and assisted by Miranda Pitt and Kathy Haramis on the weekends. We have recently appointed Michelle Quinn in the role of Marketing Administrator.
