I am writing to let you know of the professional and courteous service that was provided by my Real Estate company, Costigan Hills Real Estate in Quakers Hill and in particular the Real Estate agent that I had dealings with in Michael Melville in the recent sale of our house at 52 Muccillo Street, Quakers Hill.

In 2003 we moved to Australia, following year we decided to buy a house in Quakers Hill. Went to all the estate agents in the local area. Was very impressed with Costigan Hills when looking for a house. The wife and myself agreed that whenever the time came to sell the house the first call would be to Costigan Hills Real Estate. In 2008 I was offered a position in WA, so we all moved to WA and decided to rent out the home in Quakers Hill. I asked Costigan Hills to manage the house. The property managers were really good, always keeping you informed about the house. Any problems and Kirsty always explained what was going on and when. And the most important thing when Kirsty said something would be done it was. In May 2010 we saw a house we liked here in Exmouth, the tenants lease for the house in Quakers Hill was about to expire, so we decided to sell the house and make the move to WA permanent. Talked to Colin who did an inspection and gave us a price range we should expect. I downloaded some contract forms from the Jenman website and Colin was more than happy to accept the Jenman contracts. Colin explained what they could do and what to expect. And he was right on target as well, one of the things the Jenman site states is to ask the salesman to explain some negotiations skills (I had already seen this in action, I was impressed then and still impressed 6 years later). Colin said he hold a offer and he reckoned he could improve on it, I was happy to accept the offer, but Colin was able to get another $15K.
